Slag crushers

ELEWATOR S.A. produces crushers for crushing slag on the boiler discharge. Knifed crusher installed between the dirt trap and conveyor is used for primary crushing of raw material with max. size of chunk 150mmx150mm to sizes ranging from 10mm to 50mm.  Cylindrical crusher is built into technological line of combustion chamber ash discharge system of fluidized-bed boiler. Slag crusher is used for crushing bigger chunks to obtain the fraction of the size 6mm.

The body of the crusher is of box-like structure. Bearing and drive covers are installed on sides of the body crusher. The rotor with propeller shaft is installed in the cover bearings.
